I too miss the sounds of the miners, but they DO make a sound at the end of each cycle. I like this. This way I can put my attention toward something else and not miss when a cycle ends. Comes in handy when watching TV or something like that.

The problem I'm having is, after I kill some rats in a belt the garbled comm noises from them don't stop. It does get annoying. But then, the mining lasers only making a sound when completing a cycle is a nice touch.

about 3-5 secs. AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor 8gb ram ATI HD 5750 1gb Video Windows 7 home 64bit Not a top of the line system what-so-ever. I built it 1.5 yrs ago. I can run 2 clients on dual monitors with settings on high with no problems.
